Shipping & Returns
Pure CBD Shipping Policy
Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders that are received by 2 PM EST M-F business days the same day (excludes holidays). This includes any shipments that are drop shipped by our various vendors. Our average processing time is between 1-2 business days for orders that are not processed and shipped the same day. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. Occasionally, our couriers have issues that can lead to further delays.
We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours after your order is processed. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days after placing an order. CBD For the People (FTP) products take a little longer and ship after 48 hours (Not including weekends) and arrive in about 7 business days. For large orders (over 70 bottles) insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment and the products you choose, we will utilize USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Pure CBD Cancellation/Refund Policy
At Pure CBD, we sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. You may return any unused factory-sealed item for a refund after 15 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking and shipping fee. The customer must also pay for the return shipping. If you received the wrong order or defective product, we will replace it, no questions asked.
