Not sure what happened

Great bud, awesome taste, first 1/8 was perfect. Good looking buds, well manicured and very little shake, duff or powder. 2nd order of 1/4 was very different. Over 1.5 grams shake, stems and leaf pieces. So many leaf pieces that the bottle seal was covered with it and did not seal properly. Pieces of leaf were hanging outside the bottle at the seal. The buds were not well manicured, and should almost be classified as untrimmed. The quality of the 1st 1/8th and the 2nd order of a 1/4 was very different. Don't know what happened, maybe quantities were limited.
