Buy CBD VAPOR and Understand Why CBD is Legal?
What is CBD (Cannabidiol) and Why is CBD Legal?
With the market of medical marijuana and CBD (Cannabidiol) growing, it is important to know why something is legal and what exactly is illegal. It is also important to understand the laws around the importation of Hemp (which is legal to import) versus the States, not federal, laws that have legalized marijuana. This way you can purchase and consume with the good faith of knowing you are within your legal rights.
Understanding what CBD (Cannabidiol) is will help us answer the question of understanding why it is legal. The biggest difference is the THC level. THC is a cannabinoid, 1 of 60, found in the Cannabis (marijuana) plant. THC is the cannabinoid that is known to produce the “high” that marijuana is known for.
In the article by Leaf Science (http://www.leafscience.com/2014/09/16/5-differences-hemp-marijuana/) it actually shows the difference between the Hemp and the marijuana. It further shows the main reason that hemp is legal. The THC levels in the imported Hemp that is used to produce our CBD is below the legal limit.
“While marijuana plants contain high levels of THC, hemp contains very little of the psychoactive chemical. This single difference is what most rely on to distinguish hemp from marijuana. For example, countries like Canada have set the maximum THC content of hemp at 0.3%. Any cannabis with higher THC levels is considered marijuana instead.
In comparison, medical marijuana produces anywhere between 5-20% THC on average, with prize strains tipping the scale at 25-30% THC.”
There is a big difference in the legal version of CBD which is what is sold by purecbdvapors and most of the others that are claiming themselves in the market place. Understanding that is very important.
The largest changes have come in the latest laws which have excluded Industrial Hemp and CBD from the DEA and the controlled substances act.
Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2013 – Amends the Controlled Substances Act to exclude industrial hemp from the definition of “marihuana.” Defines “industrial hemp” to mean the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-nine tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Deems Cannabis sativa L. to meet that concentration limit if a person grows or processes it for purposes of making industrial hemp in accordance with state law. ~ https://www.congress.gov/bill/113th-congress/house-bill/525
Yet still there is some confusion about why Hemp is not considered illegal.
Differences Between Industrial Hemp and Marijuana
Industrial hemp is a variety of cannabis sativa that has a long history of use in the United States.
However, since the 1950s it has been lumped into the same category of marijuana, and thus the extremely versatile crop was doomed in the United States. Industrial hemp is technically from the same species of plant that psychoactive marijuana comes from. However, it is from a different variety, or subspecies that contains many important differences. The main differences between industrial hemp and marijuana will be discussed below.
Industrial hemp has low THC levels compared to marijuana specifically cultivated for personal psychoactive use. Whereas marijuana that can be smoked usually contains between five and ten percent THC, industrial hemp contains about one-tenth of that. In order to get a psychoactive effect, one would need to smoke ten or twelve hemp cigarettes over a very short period of time.
The reason for the low THC content in hemp is that most THC is formed in resin glands on the buds and flowers of the female cannabis plant. Industrial hemp is not cultivated to produce buds, and therefore lacks the primary component that forms the marijuana high. Furthermore, industrial hemp has higher concentrations of a chemical called Cannabidiol (CBD) that has a negative effect on THC and lessens its psychoactive effects when smoked in conjunction.
Compared to cannabis sativa indica, cannabis sativa sativa (industrial hemp variety) has a much stronger fiber. This fiber can be used in anything from rope and blankets to paper. Marijuana fiber has a low tensile strength and will break or shred easily, making it a poor fibrous plant when compared to industrial hemp.
CBD is known to have a calming effect. This calming effect is why the Cannabidiol is becoming so popular.
Popularity of CBD in the US market
To understand why the CBD has become such a large marketplace in such a short time it is important to realize that there was always a demand for it. Because of the recent law changes that made Industrial Hemp in a certain form not a part of the controlled substances act there is now a supply.
The supply has not met the demand. That is where the delivery system had not yet been mainstream.
The delivery system quickly caught up in 2014 with the mainstream and cultural following that vaping and vapor products took on.
Again, the demand for CBD has been there but there was not a good delivery system for that particular legal substance. With the increase in “vape” as a known way to partake in various liquids such as nicotine the timing was right for CBD supply to finally meet the demand.
This delivery system of vaping seemed like the perfect fit for CBD and it was. The delivery system still had to be perfected and there was one more problem.
Why CBD (Cannabidiol) Vapor is the Perfect Fit
There was still one problem with the supply of CBD for the demand of the customers. A very high, excuse the pun, price.
The going rate for a bottle of CBD HEMP Oil: 24%/10g/2400mg is over four hundred dollars ($400.00). This again kept only the avid fans of the CBD Hemp Oil purchasing.
Once Pure CBD Vapors was able to perfect the taste, flavors, and processes to forming the perfect vaping CBD then the supply could meet the demand. We were able to bring that price point down to below twenty five dollars ($25.00) retail.
This new price point now made the demand accessible for not only its avid fans on a daily basis but also to those that have been interested but never experienced CBD even though they have heard of the various calming effects is has.
Problem solved. Supply can meet demand at the perfect price point with the best process and best product delivered every time. We have now went and built distribution to make sure the product is delivered to most smoke shops, convenience stores, convenience store wholesalers, and head shops in the United States.
